Orders placed before 1:00 pm will be processed the same day except for orders with payment in advance. These will be processed after receiving the payment. Terms and date of delivery vary according to the country of shipment. You can find details in the "Payment and Delivery" page.
Please note that the delivery time is an information provided by DHL and that, exceptionally, due to unforeseen circumstances it may take longer. When a shipment can't be delivered on time, you will automatically receive an email with further information. Our support team will review special cases individually and will contact you if further information on your part are necessary (for example: about the delivery address).
Once the order has been processed and packaged you will receive an e-mail .
In this e-mail, as well as in your order details (available in your account), you'll find the tracking number and a link for the shipment tracking.
Through this link you can check where your order is located and when delivery should be expected.
Please notice that in some cases the monitoring page shows shipment status only a few hours after delivery to DHL.
