Which kind of attachments will you find in our e-mail?

You'll find only attachments in the following formats:

• PDF files for orders, invoices, credit notes and offers
• JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF files for graphics and a better representation of our e-mails

Should additional files such as archives (ZIP) or executable files (EXE) be attached to the email, most likely  they are faulty attachments that you mustn't open in any case.
